Kathy's – Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage

And then of course there is Kathy with her amazing Zen Thai Shiatsu massage.

Zen Thai is a unique style of massage involving the combination of Thai massage, gentle but deep tissue pressure and gentle stretching and joint mobilisation techniques, all performed within the individual's comfort level.

The massage is performed on a large, soft Thai mat on the floor with both the recipient and practitioner wearing comfortable, loose clothing. The intention of the massage is to induce deep relaxation, restore energy levels, enhance flexibility, improve posture and increase inner strength.
