Winter Yoga

Winter is a wonderful time for yoga - especially restorative yoga. This season is definitely not a time to overdo it, it is a time to take rest, to travel inward and allow depleted energies to be replenished and nourished with warming winter stews and soups, great movies, books and company and maybe some type of contemplation or meditation. Remember to keep your inner fire and energies burning with long slow soothing winter walks through forests...breath Mother Nature into you!

Block 3 for 2011 will resume on Monday 25th July - after our July retreat. Costs and class times remain the same except for the Saturday morning class. I will be taking a break from these classes just for this block so I can see my big kids play basketball more often than not. Thanks for your understanding of this, Saturdays will resume for Block 4. For those who really really really want a Saturday morning class - hows about a 6.30am start? or a Friday pm class - just an idea ...
