Amanda Vilenica-Field
Amanda has spent much of the past 11 years passionately teaching Yoga to others through her weekly classes and one on one sessions. She teaches a flowing vinyasa style that incorporates predominately Radiant Light Yoga but blends in apsects of Yoga Chi Gung.
She has devoted over 21 years to the study and practice of Yoga and greatly values the balance it brings to all aspects of her life.
Amanda teaches from the heart and knows that her learning and teaching of yoga is lifelong. Classes include asana (postures) exploration, pranayama (breathwork), creative visualization, savasana (deep relaxation) and meditative techniques.
Amanda knows the healing power of yoga and loves to share the joys of yoga.
